# Ck_FF4oWVipwD8OYQuestions:
What is your In-Game Name?: Varr | Rebecca Chambers
What is your SteamID?: STEAM_0:1:580881273
What is your DiscordID?: thatfuckervarr(883396537965740042)
What is your TimeZone?: CST
Do you have any Prior Experience in GameMaster-ing?: I have gamemastered on a many servers, a mix of CWRP, HALORP, and the important one, SCPRP
When did you start playing in this Community?: 5/23/26
How many warns do you have?: N/A
Why are you interested in joining the GameMaster Team and what can you bring to the Team & Community?: I am interested in joining the gamemaster team because I wish to be able to start up roleplay with the server, events play a very important part of the server as they encourage people to play on the server and then branch out passive roleplay after. You need something to 'hook' players onto the server other than ranking up or shooting D-Class.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I believe I should be chosen over other applicants because I can show I am committed to creating engaging experiences for players rather than focusing only on my own enjoyment. I am also willing to put preparation into my events, I understand good and engaging events require preparation and adaptability in order to be enjoyable to players. You need to be able to adapt to the actions of players instead of railroading or Godmodding events/characters.
Do you know SCP Lore? If so, explain how much you know: I know enough of the SCP lore to understand the majority of the technobabble, enough to understand Articles like termination attempt (6820) and existential abatement (7243). I know most of the GOIs as well as their goals. (With the 3MI, Mekhanites and Wilson's wildlife being the best/favorite)
Describe in Detail 3 Seperate Events you would host on the server:
I like to categorize events based on how long they'll take to setup and how heavy the roleplay is (Low, Medium, high)
Low: An MC&D Agent approaches the CI with an offer. They have acquired a special device that allows the opening of a portal (or "Way," if you want to be fancy about it) to any location on site. However, they first need someone to place a beacon at the location they wish to travel to.
As a result, the Chaos Insurgency must first send in a hidden strike team to place the beacon. Once the beacon is active, the portal can be linked to it and used for travel.
In exchange, MC&D will request permission to temporarily store certain SCP objects in the Cells Bunker until they can be moved elsewhere.
The Foundation will then need to locate and shut down the portal wherever it appears on site. To fully disable and secure the device, they will need to gain control of both ends of the portal before it can be destroyed or taken.
(Shoot em up pvp event)
medium: An anomalous group has entered near the site, consisting of 4 people. They appear to be in hiding, creating a small camp on the outskirts of the town. The Foundation is sent to investigate and finds out they're on the run from a GOC Strike Team. The party consists of 2 armed civilians and 2 reality benders. They explain that they're being hunted by the GOC and that they are also trying to hunt down and kill what they call "The Adversary." They do not explain in great detail what it is, only that it is evil and has to be stopped.
After a while, the GOC sends a message to the Foundation explaining that they do not want them to intervene, and that their strike team is 10 minutes out. They state that the group has already killed 2 GOC personnel and 11 civilians and are a threat that needs to be neutralized.
After confronting them, the refugees explain that they were not the direct cause of the deaths, but that it was "The Adversary," or a group that works for or with The Adversary, acting toward an unknown goal.
The Foundation can either:
Take the group in with them and try to negotiate with the GOC Strike Team to "contain" the anomalous group. They would need to convince the GOC Strike Team that this is a better option than killing them. (The GOC are not fanatics, and they can listen to reason if it doesn't violate the Fivefold Mission and they can guarantee no more civilians will be injured/killed)
Or they can capture the group and hand them over to the GOC. This is easier said than done and will require significant manpower (or somewhat solid tactics) to combat the reality benders.
Depending on what they choose to do, it will change follow up events. (So, I can't really explain the outcomes as they'll change)
High: It starts with some personnel finding doors around the site. It looks like they lead to random spots in the facility and surrounding areas, anywhere with a doorframe. Upon investigation, they find a person dressed in a suit and tie. He's traveling throughout the area and creating these doors for a currently unknown goal.
At first, these doorways just lead around the site. As time goes on, they begin leading farther away from LCZ. Some appear in HCZ, then EZ, and eventually the Surface. However, doors also start appearing around town and some doors begin bringing people to rooms that shouldn't exist, rooms that are duplicates of each other, and rooms that are hazardous in nature (extreme cold, extreme heat, holes in the ground that drop people from the sky, etc.). These doorways can be closed if they are locked from the outside and a Scranton Reality Anchor is activated near the door.
Then one door appears. It is different from all the others, appearing far more ornate, resembling the entrance to a king's chambers. The Doorman (lack of a better name) insists it should not be opened, repeatedly stating, "Some doors should never be opened."
Once opened (either by Foundation Command or by a Private who can't follow orders), all other doors immediately close. This door instead leads to what appears to be a castle in a previously unknown dimension/location. There, they find The Hidden King.
The Hidden King is concealed within shadow and myth. He seeks to control humanity through the destruction of all current factions, governments, organizations, and religions, replacing them with a single kingdom under his rule. The Hidden King attempts to convince Foundation personnel to defect and join his side, promising power, purpose, and a place within his coming Kingdom.
In his current state, he is weak, but he has finally gained a foothold in our reality. His power scales with his presence in the Noosphere. The more people who know of, think about, believe in, or spread knowledge of him, the stronger he becomes. Even investigating him may carry risks. Personnel will need to carefully research the entity and uncover the history of previous encounters with him while preventing information from spreading. Records recovered from anomalous libraries, occult organizations, ancient civilizations, and Foundation archives can contain clues to his origin, previous defeats, and weaknesses.
The Foundation will need to find a way to imprison him again while combating his followers. Research can reveal that The Hidden King has been contained before through noosphere suppression, ritual imprisonment, the destruction of symbols tied to him and his kingdom, or the sealing of pathways connecting his domain to reality. Whether any of these methods remain effective is unknown.
Over several weeks, personnel will uncover more information regarding The Hidden King and his influence. However, as they do so, he may increase in power, forcing them to balance gathering information with limiting his spread. They will need to discover new methods to combat him while preventing information from being leaked.
At the same time, they will need to deal with cults, organizations, and individuals who choose to join his side. Some may worship him willingly, while others may be manipulated through promises of power or salvation. There will also be many groups opposing The Hidden King.
(This is intended to take a least a month to finish, it will also need a lot of prep time and people to complete)
